STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

  1. This is RED RIBBON WEEK! There will be activities all week ! Kenya will be in charge. SAY NO TO DRUGS !!!
  2. The following teachers need to return their sub folder: Suzanne Gassaway, Phil Halbig, Rosa Lona, Rogelio Martinez, Michael Mendoza, Hannah Murphey, Rudy Ramos, Shaun Rudolph & Xavier Rubio. Please check to see if you are still on this list and if so please get them in asap.

 

This is a friendly reminder that your sub handbooks are overdue. Please return them and make sure you include two days of emergency lesson plans. If you need another folder because you misplaced the previous one, do not hesitate to ask me for another one. I have some extras ready for you.

Having sub folders makes my job easier when you are out so I can direct the sub to the folder to get all the information they need to HAVE A SUCCESSFUL DAY SUBBING FOR YOU. Thanks Lupe

 

 

 

  1. Reminder:Please leave the computer lab in a nice and tidy condition Rm. 2 in the main building.I am in there twice a week and notice that students and teachers need to be more aware of how they are leaving the room. That would include the ASP as well. This shows your lifeskill of caring and responsibility!

  1. If you are a tenured teacher, and if you are on Choice , you must email Olga and let her know if it is Partner, Portfolio, orAdmin Choice by Tuesday. Olga will be holding eval. conferences with all tenured teachersthis week during your prep time to discuss your choices and goals, as well as your self-assessments. Olga

 

  1. Thanks to all of you who did the Survey on Google Docs. Andy will be asking you for your Google Doc Survey if you have not done it!! We appreciate you !

  1. ANTI-BULLYING PROCEDURES: STAND UP and SPEAK OUT! Safety Passes
  2. Students who are given a safety pass JUST NEED TO show a teacher and they are excused to the office immediately.
  3. An admin will then come back and deal with the bully right away

 

 

  1. The E. A. Hall Student Store is now open.The student store sells many school supplies, including, pencils, pens, erasers, paper, notebooks, composition books, folders, pencil leads, sharpeners, dividers, pencil pouches, book covers and much more ! The student store is located on the blacktops in front of Room 25. It is open every Monday and Friday ! Come buy and buy some cool supplies . They will help you with your Lifekill of organization and responsibility ! Mr. Cannon

 

  1. Falcon Food Court: Please keep food inside the Falcon Food Court at ALL Times

 

  1. Remember: NO PHONES OUT OR ON AT ANY TIME! If you are going to the restroom, your phone better not go with you ! It will end up in the MTWTHF Box!

 

  1. CATCH-UP Club : Will meet Tuesday and Thursday due to RED RIBBON ACTIVITIES. Kenya will have Catch –up club after school !
